By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our website or services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To deliver our services: building and configuring your Shopify store, validating your niche and products, integrating suppliers, setting up checkout, payments, pixels, and ad accounts, producing creatives, and managing campaigns when your plan includes it.

  • To process payments: charging for plans, issuing invoices and receipts, handling refunds under our guarantee, and managing chargebacks.

  • To provide support: answering questions, running your private WhatsApp support group, sending reports, and following up after delivery.

  • To communicate with you: sending service updates, onboarding instructions, call reminders, and responses to your requests.

  • For sales and marketing: following up after a diagnostic call, sending proposals, and, where permitted or with your consent, sending news, offers, and educational content.

  • For advertising and measurement: measuring the performance of our own ads, building audiences, and showing you relevant ads on other platforms, subject to your choices described in this policy.

  • To recognize client milestones: preparing and shipping recognition plaques and, with your permission, featuring your story or results.

  • To improve our website and services: analyzing how visitors use our website and how clients use our services.

  • For security and fraud prevention: protecting our website, systems, clients, and business from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

  • For legal and compliance purposes: meeting tax, accounting, and legal obligations, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our terms and protecting our rights.

We will not use your personal information for purposes that are materially different from those described here without telling you first and, where required, getting your consent.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that record how you interact with a page.

  • Strictly necessary: needed for the website to work, load securely, and remember basic settings. These cannot be turned off.

  • Analytics: help us understand how visitors find and use our website, so we can improve it.

  • Advertising: set by us or by partners such as Meta and Google to measure our ad campaigns, build audiences, and show you relevant ads on other websites and apps.

Your choices

  • Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): we treat a GPC signal sent by your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.

  • Platform settings: you can manage ad preferences directly with Meta and Google, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

  • Industry tools: you can opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.

  • Do Not Track: some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, our website does not currently respond to them. We do honor GPC signals as described above.

When you visit from the UK or the European Economic Area, we only set non-essential cookies after you give consent through our cookie banner.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as needed for the purposes in this policy:

  • Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, cloud storage, email, scheduling, video calls, customer support, project management, analytics, and accounting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

  • Payment processors: to process payments, refunds, and disputes. They handle your payment data under their own privacy policies and security standards, including PCI DSS.

  • Platforms used to deliver your plan: Shopify, Meta, Google, supplier and fulfillment partners, domain registrars, and other tools needed to build and run your store and campaigns. Some of these act as independent controllers of the data under their own terms.

  • Our team and contractors: employees and vetted contractors who need the information to deliver your project, bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • Advertising partners: platforms such as Meta and Google, through cookies and pixels on our website, to measure and personalize our own advertising. See Section 4 and Section 10 for your choices.

  • Shipping partners: to deliver recognition plaques or other physical items to you.

  • Professional advisors: lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers, when necessary.

  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with laws, court orders, subpoenas, or government requests, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Pro Growth Global, our clients, or others.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

  • With your consent: in any other case where you ask us or agree to share your information.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not sell or rent our client lists to third parties.

6. Email, Phone, Text, and WhatsApp Communications

Service messages. If you book a call or become a client, we will contact you about your project, your plan, payments, and support. These messages are part of our service and are not marketing.

  • Marketing emails. We may send you news, offers, and educational content. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can also unsubscribe by writing to hello@progrowthglobal.com.

  • Calls, text messages, and WhatsApp. By giving us your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and WhatsApp messages from Pro Growth Global about your inquiry, your project, and, if you opt in, our offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us in WhatsApp or by email.

  • Private WhatsApp groups. Client support is provided through private WhatsApp groups. Messages in these groups are visible to the members of the group, which may include our team members. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and processes your data under its own privacy policy. Please do not share passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive information in these groups.

We do not share your phone number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Data in Your Store and Ad Accounts

When we build or manage your store, we may access information about your own customers, such as their orders, contact details, and ad interactions. For that data, you are the business owner and controller, and Pro Growth Global acts as your service provider and processor.

In this role, we:

  • Access and use your customers’ data only to deliver the services you hired us for and according to your instructions.

  • Do not sell or share your customers’ data, or use it for our own marketing.

  • Keep it confidential and limit access to the team members working on your project.

  • Help you respond to requests from your customers where reasonably possible.

  • Stop accessing your store and accounts when our engagement ends and you remove our access.

As a store owner, you are responsible for publishing your own privacy policy and for collecting any consents your customers must give. The store policies we set up for you are templates. You should review them with a qualified advisor before relying on them.

8. International Data Transfers

Pro Growth Global is registered in the United Kingdom and serves clients in the United States and other countries. Our team members and service providers may be located in different countries. As a result, your information may be stored and processed in the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, the European Union, and other countrieswhere we or our providers operate.

These countries may have data protection laws different from those where you live. Whenever we transfer personal information, we take reasonable steps to protect it as described in this policy. For transfers out of the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy regulations or decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

To learn more about the safeguards we use, contact us at hello@progrowthglobal.com.

9. Data Retention and Security

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:

  • Leads and prospects: for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

  • Clients: for the duration of our relationship and up to 6 years after it ends, to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations and to handle any claims.

  • Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a suppression record so we do not contact you again.

  • Website and tracking data: for up to 24 months, or as set by the provider of each tool.

  • Access to your store and accounts: removed after the end of our engagement, once our support period ends or you revoke it.

When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible, for example in backups, we securely store it and isolate it from further use until deletion.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These include access controls, role-based permissions, secure connections (HTTPS), two-factor authentication on key accounts, and confidentiality obligations for our team and contractors.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
